I love a long bubble bath, it's very relaxing except when I'm trying to get comfortable and pull the bottom of my hair back where my head gets wet when I don't want to and I try to relax my neck in a cold hard bath. It's much more comfortable and lifts my hair better so I don't have to worry about throwing out my blow dryer when I'm trying to have a relaxing night. I don't know why it doesn't absorb a lot of water as it feels really spongy but my hair stays dry after every bath and I snuggle up to the pillow while soaking. The suction cups hit or miss me, I have two jets behind the pillow so sometimes they stay in place and sometimes I lean forward whether the jets are on or not, the pillow slides down a bit but it still worth 5 star rating for me.
