My dermatologist recommended this to me years ago. It's thick like mayonnaise, but moisturizes dry skin well. I'm a man and I have to shave every day so I use aftershave and then sunscreen. I don't really care about looking younger, I follow this routine more out of convenience and because there's skin cancer in my family.
