I bought these headphones to use during my workouts and 10k runs. First, they fit very securely, much better than other headphones that cost a lot more, but they can be a bit difficult to fit on your earlobe. However, once you know how to do it, it will be a piece of cake and you will be able to hear outside noises while listening to music. Second, the sound is beautifully balanced with reasonable bass, although not as bassy as a $200 Dr Dre pair! Seriously, they are way better than I expected and exceptional value for money.
