They helped me a lot with cycling! Def recommends these if you're looking for the same padding as shorts but want to wear your own clothes. I wear them because they are great to wear under my own shorts so I can switch shorts and outfits instead of buying multiple pairs of cycling shorts, pants etc. I can wear them under shorts, capris or pants of your choice. They were too small for me, wish they were very small, I'm 5ft 2" and 102lbs and ordered the small ones. They climb up, but most padded cycling clothing does. But as far as they work they are great and I have had no buttock or bone pain at all since using them. They really do take some getting used to if you've never used padded cycling shorts before, but don't feel bad about them if you're new. You'll get used to them and they really help a lot!
