I like that it allows me to keep all my calendar items in one place (Office 365), which is great when you have more than 1 person using your account! It's also easy enough for new employees or people who aren't tech savvy at all to use. There are some things that could be better about this software. For example, sometimes there seems to be lag time between events being added and displayed. This issue doesn't happen often though so maybe its just something with our setup? The benefits of having everything in one spot instead of spread out across multiple apps/calendars is worth the minor inconvenience of not seeing an event right away after adding it. Also, we can now easily see other team members' availability without needing to go through emailing someone each time.
