Slip function good

I seem to have to change these switches every year because of a short circuit. This time, instead of putting it on top of the pump, I dug a PVC pipe into the ground and installed a switch on it. I also moved the rubber plug higher to allow the switch to actuate earlier and prevent water from getting near the connectors. I'm happy so far.
