Cheap is not always good

I've had the ring lamp for over 3 weeks, I don't use it every day. I was woken up by a ring light on the floor. At that time there was nothing in it. It detached from the frame that was attached to the tripod. So now I'm without a ring light. Cheap doesn't pay off. Spend money and buy good things. Very disappointed :(
