Their customer service is second-to-none! They are extremely thorough in their explanations and ensure you understand every aspect of your project. I always feel like they have my best interests at heart when working together. The team has an excellent understanding of what can be achieved by using cloud technology. They create fantastic solutions which solve our day to day problems without us having to worry about any technical issues. A little more time could be spent training new customers as some aspects were not fully explained initially (although this was corrected very quickly). For most projects there is nothing that we dislike or would suggest changing. As mentioned above, their support staff is brilliant so no complaints here either. We've been able to use Cloud Services to provide several departments within our organisation access to secure data from anywhere via laptops/desktops etc.
