Wireless Pad works intermittently, now it doesn't work at all

Spare charging ports work fine, but wireless pad performance was spotty at best. After two months the pad stopped working at all, despite unplugging all cables including the power cable to reset the settings. I just get a blinking green light and won't charge. I'm not sure I can recommend this one.
