These bands are MUCH more comfortable and breathable than the ones that came with my gym equipment or that I've bought in the same style. The material is smooth and soft, much nicer for the die-hard than OG style straps. I'm also impressed with the durability - I've broken half a dozen OG style straps because they ripped a bit from flexing when you take them off and take the mount out, but none of those issues with these so far! Firstly, I don't take it off that often because it's much more breathable so I can wash my hands with it and keep it on longer without the skin getting rough underneath. Hook, it doesn't stay in place very long. Mine had it detaching and flying off my wrist many times and I had to adjust it several times a day to try and stop it. I could just kind of glue a small metal adjustment bar to solve this problem, but it would be nice if they designed it so it wouldn't be a problem.
