This is a review comparing the differences between the InteVision, Cushy Cloud Wellness, Med-X, and Cushy Form knee pillows . . I've tried to tag the photos so you know which is which. The stack of books used to compress the pillows weighs 8.8 pounds. I also took measurements and photos, if you immediately place the pillow between your legs and after a minute sit there, the pillow will slowly compress. These measurements are rough estimates and I only measure the apparent gap. The foam is somewhat similar to memory foam (i.e. it holds its shape a bit) but not super hard memory foam. As you can tell from the compression difference, this pillow compresses a lot. The pillow is about the same size as pillow Y. This pillow didn't feel much more than a regular bed pillow. A minute after sitting on the pillow, my knees start to touch, causing pain in the knee bones where they touch. You lose alignment in the lower back/thigh area, which is what most people use knee pads for. I find myself taking a pillow and placing it directly on my knee joint while sleeping to support my knee. This works pretty well, so if you still want a cheap pillow, this format will work. The knee pad was the firmest of all the pads tested. In use it has held its shape very well. This is the biggest knee pillow ever. Even after sitting under my knees for a few minutes, it still maintains space between my knees. I like this pillow because it keeps the legs and lower back in place. However, I toss and turn in my sleep a lot. The material of this pillow sticks to my sheets causing me to be stuck in the sheets all night. Also, I'm small (5'5", 110 pounds) and like to curl up when I sleep. This pillow is TOO hard and too big for me. When I'm in this position, it puts pressure on the backs of my calves and causes discomfort. Finally, I don't like the feeling of lightning on this pillow. It feels very rough, almost like velcro. I often try to warm my hands between my legs when I'm sleeping and I keep bumping into the zipper. The zipper located along the long side and bottom of the pillow If you collide in a certain direction it shouldn't be a problem I keep tossing and turning and the pillow never stays on the right side Overall this pillow is too big for me and too tight. However, if you're taller than me and need something with great support, this is a three pack winner With breathable cover Size: 10 x 6.5 x 8 inches Compressed with books: 10.25 x 5, 5 x 8 inches (compression 1 inch) If you put your knees on the pillow immediately: 2.5 inches A minute later if your knees are on the pillow (compressed): < 1” This third pillow is the smallest of the three and is also made of memory foam and has a removable white cover. This is a medium hardness. It is not as strong as the Cushy Cloud pillow but has much more support than the InteVision pillow. After using the pillow for a few minutes, it still keeps my knees apart. It's a little softer because when I curl up it doesn't pinch my calves or irritate me. To be honest it was the last of the three pillows I slept on. I went to bed and when I woke up I knew it was him. It just has the perfect balance of support and softness, I don't even notice it when I'm asleep and I can toss and turn all night without feeling like I'm tangled in blankets. It's now the smallest of the three, so it might be too small for some. It was perfect for my size. 5 out of 5 stars Overall I'm sticking with the Med-X Pad. Cushy Cloud came second due to his great support, but it's too big and heavy for me and I don't like the other little things above. , Leg, Knee, Back & Spine Alignment - Memory Foam Wedge Leg Pillow With Washable Cover (White, Standard Inches) When You Place Your Knees On The Pillow Immediately: 2" After A Minute When Your Knees Up resting on pillow (compressed): 1.5" This pillow is as wide as the Cushy Cloud pillow but slightly shorter. It is also made of memory foam and the lid is removable. The pillow comes with a plastic travel case for your travel needs. Cushy Form is very durable, similar to Cushy Cloud. I find that it actually holds its shape a bit better than Cushy Cloud. As you can see, if I put 8.8 lb books on both the Soft Cloud and Soft Form, the Soft Form only shrinks 1/2 inch while the Soft Cloud shrinks 7/8 inch. This pillow spreads the knees really well which helps keep everything level. As with Cushy Cloud, this pillow was too wide, and when I slid into a ball, the pillow rested on my calves from behind. This pillow now has softer, curved edges than the Cushy Cloud and no fabric that tends to snag on sheets. So the Cushy shape is better in those aspects, but it still "feels" a bit large for my small stature. It's only 1/2 inch taller than the Med-X, but I still prefer the Med-X, but just a tad. Personally I give it 4.5 stars out of 5, but for someone with a larger bezel, you might really like the support and size! Since 4.5 isn't possible, I'll round up to 5.
