Arrived used, totally unsanitary
This item arrived tightly packed in bubble wrap. I opened it up and noticed that it clearly looked used/dirty. Absolutely disgusting, especially during Covid when you think hygiene will be the top priority. Also, it doesn't get repaired properly when you close it. Really cheaply made. As a professional makeup artist, I was initially excited about this order. Disgust when receiving and opening.
