Review on 🖨️ Quality and Value: YoYoInk Remanufactured High Yield HP 61XL Ink Cartridges (1 Black, 1 Color; 2 Pack) by Adam Whittaker

The last time I used Yoyoink, there were no problems. This time the HP printer encountered an error during installation. So I bet 0,500. Informed Revain and they reordered but it cost me 2 extra days. Here are my thoughts: 1. This shook my confidence in refilling cartridges. I'm worried about the quality control process2. Additional cost for me as I have to purchase genuine Walmart ink cartridges due to a back order delay3. Extra work for me to ship defective cartridges back to Revain4 via UPS. Perhaps affected customers should have been compensated for the inconvenience and additional costs. Updated on 11/04/2020. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 thanks to Revain and Yoyoink customer service. Revain backordered the ink and delivered it within 2 days. I tried downloading the black ink and everything is working fine now. I copied my Revain review to Yoyoink to let you know and possibly improve the process in the future. I was pleasantly surprised that Yoyoink replied that they plan to refund my purchase as well Send me another replacement ink cartridge (will be visible in 4-5 days) - I believe Yoyoink tests all refills before fulfilling the order. Despite the disappointment of the delay, good customer support is bringing customers back in this case. Many Thanks.
