Are all bottles damaged?
Ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband because he loved it so much at a Sheraton we stayed in. The first time, bottle leaked a ton and arrived in terrible state (see first two pictures.) I returned the item and requested a replacement and got a bottle in even worse condition! (See third picture.) I will be seeing my husband for Christmas overseas, and I don’t have time to keep this endless game going. They should have better packaging—it’s not a cheap product at all. I’ll still surprise him with a half-empty bottle because the scent is so good, but would definitely not buy from here again. I’m so sad about this.
