It seems like a "one size fits all" attempt that works, but leaves something to be desired.These are larger than expected, diameter wise.They can be squished down and fit fine in regular sized ears, but there is a lot of extra ear plug that then has to be stuffed in your ear canal which creates pressure that hurts over time.The plugs also seemed to get softer with use which made them difficult to stick in my ear eventually. After a few uses they would be too soft and the back of the plug would just squish when I tried to jam it in my ear.Carrying case is nice and the string is attached securely.
