I am ordering this product for the second time. I absolutely love this lip color and was excited to buy it again as my previous items have completely run out. The dew colors are amazing. It lasts a long time and often gets many compliments wearing one of the 6 colors. The packaging is usually excellent and the products are new. This time around, however, one of the six appears to have been used before, and of course it's going to be my favorite of the six. Photo #1 shows what it looked like after opening the first box. The other five, as you can see, are in perfect order. Since they're in, I'm sending them back. Next time I'll buy from a different seller.
