I bought various Epson products for a long time and was very satisfied until I bought this item. Strengths should be mentioned, including size, portability, connectivity, and lighting; However, the projector actually only has one purpose - to see large-format images. This thing projects well, but the image quality and resolution are disappointing at best. You'd think for the bulk of $500 it would do the job just fine. my mistake. So if you want to project high-quality, sharp images for a home cinema or even a conference room, do yourself a favor and choose another manufacturer or pay significantly more money. Customer service at Epson? sorry for your luck Lesson learned.
