Open toes means they are hardly noticeable.

I live in a warm climate but need the compression and benefits these provide. With the open toe, honestly, when I wear slacks or longer capris, no one can even tell I have these on. (I mean if you STARE and get close you can, but just walking around you really cannot). It also makes having to wear these in a warmer climate much cooler since I can wear my sandals.

Pros

Top of the line support hose. Look good and function well for varicose veins.

Cons

The product may be challenging to put on for those with limited mobility or dexterity
