Sweat comes into my eyes. I also have fairly fair skin so I burn easily. Enter this hat. It protects my eyes from sweat and protects my head. Yes, there is a mesh of thin transparent material on the sides of the cap. However, I take something instead of nothing. I'm writing this review right after my run and I'm still wearing the hat. A good thing!
