Not for all surfaces.

The Brcovan anti-theft device is made of solid aluminum and has a very high-quality appearance. This works really well on my bike handlebars which have little texture. However, it doesn't grip my bike's handlebars at all, which is very smooth. No matter how firm it is, it will slip due to the hard rubber used as the contact points. This is very bad as otherwise it could have been a 5 star product.
