I've used for a couple of weeks and sometimes have a hard time finding the right comfort spot when I turn in. I thought they would be more pliable like my down pillow was, but it is much firmer. Good news is that I am sleeping through the night and not continually readjusting my pillow. When I wake up I don't have any neck pain and feel like I am in the right spot on the pillow. They are of good quality, attractive, and the price is good. Both pillows are packed in vacuum bags in a small box and expand upon opening. There was no smell to them and I used right away without any problems.
