These supports looked and sounded like they were different, but they weren't. I've tried this but it's uncomfortable and doesn't help with lower back issues. My order summary said it could be returned by July 25th; However when I tried to return it I was told it was non-refundable. Wasted even more money on my aching back? :-( Update: I just realized the wrong size was sent. I ordered SM and the box says so, but the brace itself is L, so I was able to return it for that reason. :-)
