Original (3/5): Bought because of the price and reviews. I can only say that everything is fine. The reviews are a bit misleading compared to the slightly more expensive wrist guards in the $15 range. The gel gives up a bit and after a few hours the wrist starts to hurt. ----- Update (5/5): After my initial review (3/5). CS GiMER sent me its updated version: ASIN B01MYZMODY. While I still find it a bit firmer than I personally need, it seems to sit a little higher than the previous version, putting my hand in a more comfortable position, and the attached mouse pad is a nice touch. I didn't have any stiffness like the previous version. I would also like to add that GiMER has been the most accommodating salesperson I have dealt with at Revain. The only words I could use to describe my experience is that they care about customer satisfaction the same way Comcast cares about their bottom line. It's the most important thing. GiMER's has gained loyal customers through their willingness to contact me and ensure I am 100% looked after.
