I feel deceived. With the current firmware, the bezel of the Galaxy Watch 4 is completely insensitive to touch. If you don't swipe the actual area of the screen, it won't do anything. It's a big step down from the Galaxy Watch Active 2, a watch I liked. I will most likely be returning this watch due to this total lack of feature unless Samsung fixes this very quickly. For me that's a deal. If this is left uncorrected, the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic is a much better choice for most consumers. I've included a short video to demonstrate the lack of a touchpad. The assistant appears in the Galaxy Watch 4 series. If this feature does not appear, it will be an obstacle for many others. Finally, all Galaxy Watch 4 color options (even the silver ones) have a painted case that tends to chip the glass. The main reason I got the silver color is because it's plain aluminum and doesn't have any coating on it to chip off. So much for that. Most of them are likely to chip off very quickly as the screen is completely flat and the painted edge is more likely to accidentally bump into objects. The screen cover does not protect you from it. Edit: I see that someone made a review specifically to refute my claim about the bezel. Well, my demo video doesn't lie. The black frame isn't touch-sensitive, making the experience unreliable unless you get used to it. I had this watch alongside my Active 2 and the Active 2 had a more reliable bezel.
