Helps a bit with comfort
I like the Oculus Quest, but it's one of my least comfortable VR headsets. The back of my head hurt after wearing it for a long time, but this pad helps somewhat. I would definitely recommend pairing this with some sort of facemask upgrade like a silicone case to make this headset that much more comfortable. I haven't tried any solutions that help balance the weight distribution better, so I don't know how it compares.
