This Vegan Glow Kombucha PHA toner is clear tea colored (very light tan) and is water-based. It's odorless. It's a moisturizing (non-astringent) toner, a very mild (PHA) exfoliant and also contains a skin-friendly enzyme. It's fragrance free and I found it very gentle and non-irritating. It is made in Korea. The bottle comes with a foil cap under the cap and the outer packaging clearly shows the manufacture and expiration dates. The ingredients are listed in English and Korean on the outer packaging but not on the inner bottle. Full Ingredients List: Water, Glycerin, Saccharomyces/Xylin/Black Tea Enzyme (7%), Glyceret-26, 1,2-Hexanediol, Erythritol, Butylene Glycol, Gluconolactone (0.5%), Arginine, Allantoin, Panthenol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
