Review on RootCause by Jason Chaplain

The best part is that I have used this product for almost 2 years now (since it was launched) but still feel like there are so many features which could be added or modified here & then as per my requirement - not even once! Honestly speaking when we use any software tool from root cause its all about trust factor rather than anything else because if they don't deliver their promises at least 100% times within some period time frame after using them our experience will always remain same i guess? Just try out few demo versions before finalizing your decision!! We were solving problems related mainly due security issues while dealing online transactions through multiple websites such payments etc..
