I never thought I should look at a balloon review before buying but I'm sorry I did. I bought them for my dad's birthday saying we are very disappointed and it's so sad. First it was 60 balloons, I only got 50, take away 20 more with holes, so only 30 balloons left. I blew them because I was excited, half of them don't look like hearts. I blew them up with helium two hours before release and by the time of release half of them were deflated on the ground. So I only have 15 balls left to release. My three young children were heartbroken to see their fathers balloons on the ground. I wish I could just go to our local party shop. It's HUM! I can't stress this enough.
