The last three magenta cartridges have run out. Small magenta splatters remain on the printed page. All others were fine with no problems. True Color replaced the first cartridge. The process of replacing is not troublesome. I did not inform the company about the second cartridge. Cartridges are relatively inexpensive so I didn't want to waste my time and figured it would be a godsend! Now the third magenta cartridge has expired. I will buy another brand.
