Decent quality. Had to iron them on arrival - to smooth out the wrinkles (no problem) and the kids loved it. The neck space/hole is HUGE! Forcing it to hang very low on children's backs, and the velcro may hurt their neck. I use a bobby pin to "glue" it to my shirt collar. Definitely fits an adult (neck size!). Even if it might be a bit short. Nice bright bold colors. The masks are just an added bonus. t was still used. Probably for later use in books or something.
