Worked great right away. But after a week it stopped working. The instructions don't solve the problem at all. I was hoping this would work as the price is much lower. But no, it's not worth it. i will return it **Update** The seller contacted me, they were very interested and friendly. Then they offered to replace the product and I agreed. Haven't received a replacement yet but once I get it and use it for a while I'll update this review. I will say that I appreciate the top notch customer service. *** 2nd update *** I got a replacement and it's still working. My only negative comment is that the red charge light is very dim. So much so that I couldn't tell it was included. The first pencil had a bright loading light. This one isn't light at all. I'll leave the block and hope it stops.
