i was drawn to "The Attention-grabber" the moment I saw it and it certainly lives up to its name .Every time I wear it out, I always seem to end up in a long and curious conversation with someone. It`s an interesting piece that adds a pop of color to any outfit. However, the quality of the material could be better. Overall, I'm glad to have it in my collection, despite its flaws..
