Review on 🎮 Pikachu Edition New Nintendo 2DS XL by Larry Cho

When I received this product it looked fantastic. The packaging was nice, it arrived quicker than we expected and the overall presentation of the product was exactly as we had hoped. However when it arrived it was dead so I charged it for hours and when I turned it on it worked for 30 seconds then the top screen went black the bottom went black and an error code came up on the screen saying that he should turn off the console and restart it or contact Nintendo Support. I've restarted it 3 times with the same problem, then sent a message to the seller to let them know I'll call Nintendo to find out what's causing the problem. When I spoke to Nintendo we discovered that this product was not new as advertised and had incorrect programming that was not compatible with this console. I informed the seller what I found out and they quickly resolved the issue and apologized for the mistake. I don't blame them, we're all human, we all make mistakes. We're just glad we were able to return the product with no issues and that all parties including JMS Holdings, Nintendo Support and Revain Customer Support have been extremely helpful. We bought the Nintendo Switch from a Best Buy store on the outskirts of town after receiving a refund on this product. I wouldn't want anyone to avoid buying from this seller, they were great when it came to a product issue. I just want to advise or remind those who buy electronics to always charge the product and try it upon receipt. If there is a problem, the question is not which party is responsible for it, but how it can be solved without conflict. A big thank you to all customer service representatives, especially around the holidays.
