Non-slip! They are amazing!
I like that the bottom is strong. They are also non-slip. We have parquet floors and stairs and my child will never slip on them. We also have two dogs that shed a little and don't get pet hair stuck to them. For my 2 year old they are easy to put on, easy to wash and the velcro hasn't worn off and my child is outgrowing them so he literally buys the exact same ones just the next size up.
