Either the pump on my bottle never worked or the product is too thick to pump out. The only way I've really been able to use this ladle is by storing the bottle upside down and unscrewing the entire pump cap to try and squeeze something into my hand and even that doesn't work because the plastic container is too thick to squeeze is reasonable and the shape of the container means I can never get the whole product without literally slicing the bottle open at some point. As for the cleanser itself, the smell isn't particularly appealing (much like the smell of a generic lightly perfumed bath product), and it doesn't clean or soften my hair very well. I will definitely not buy this again.
