Even with the stylus on the surface, I struggled with my Go when it came to accurate clicks and some software issues as the virtual keyboard didn't always appear as I expected. With a writing case, I can even take the Go with me on short trips to lighten my bag so I don't have to lug around a full laptop. The Alcantara material feels very comfortable on the wrist when typing or using the trackpad. Speaking of typing, the keyboards are squeezed, or "smoothed out," but after about ten minutes of every time I switch from a full-size keyboard to this one, I adjust and can type at my normal speed. I have two problems with this case. A small problem and a big one. One small issue is that the function keys default to functions like play/pause/brightness up/down/fast forward, and to get the normal keyboard shortcuts I'm used to I have to press the Fn key, which is a bright dot lights up. appears on the keyboard and distracts me when using the printed cover. The other problem is that if you don't connect the printed cover right out of the box, or if you ever remove the cover and the pins that connect it to the Go tablet ever hit something, you'll clean them with a spray and a need microfiber cloth, otherwise it will not connect to the tablet. The contacts are extremely sensitive to any amount of dirt or oil and I thought I had a faulty product because it didn't work and it took me a while to figure out what the problem was.
