Very well made knee pads. This cuff does not stretch as much as other knee pads. I feel it helps provide good knee support. More elastic sleeves can make your knee unstable. However, with a thicker, less stretchy material, it's not as comfortable as some of the other options. If you are looking for real support for an unstable knee, this is a good option. Be sure to take accurate measurements as this sleeve does not stretch much, you will definitely need the right size.
