I was asked to give a positive rating. I installed two cartridges and so far they are working as expected. I will update over time if I have a premature failure or any issues. If there are no updates, everything works fine. You should not use inferior toner cartridges in your printer as they can damage the printer itself (like spilling excess toner and your printer's internal gears sticking together). Be careful. UPDATE: I had an early failure. The print quality deteriorated before the toner ran out. I wasn't too upset given the cost savings, but they didn't last as long as they were supposed to. Support gave me a partial refund so that was acceptable to me.
