Do not buy! Suitable for lighting and ceiling fans
UPDATED: Don't buy! While the watch face was off, they started flashing randomly in a strobe pattern and I couldn't get them to stop until I unplugged them. A few days later I plugged them back in and they stopped working. I've only had these lights for 2 months and can only turn them on for a maximum of 30 minutes a week. A complete waste of money.
