A terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

HUAWEI technical support is extremely unskilled. To my appeal to HUAWEI Technical Support [InteractionID:c6ead9f4-73a4-46ba-ac4b-8274b096226c]: "Due to the fact that you (Huawei) partitioned a physical hard drive (500 GB) into two logical ones: C and D, on drive C: there is not enough memory left for the Documents folder, for Windows user profiles, no more than 50 GB. Why did you split it? How to merge logical drives into one? Will there be any negative consequences from this? " HUAWEI technical support replied: "Check what happened after your hard drive crashed. What operations did you perform before. Provide a video that clearly reflects the problem you describe. Upload the video file to any open file sharing service (. Disk/Google. Disk) and provide a link. As soon as we receive a response from you, we will contact you. "

Cons
  • The laptop does not retain the keyboard backlight mode (setting) after waking up from sleep or hibernation or rebooting or turning it on. After waking up from hibernation or hibernation or rebooting or turning on, the backlight switches to a medium backlight level without authorization. Technical support specialist Artyom (operator no. 118220) said that this could not be fixed. According to Huawei technical support statement: Briefly pressing this power button does not work for shutdown. A long press of this button works like an emergency power off with loss of unsaved data. Huawei cannot tell which button is the power button that Windows assigns functions such as sleep or hibernation in power settings. The power button does not work like this power button. Huawei states that this button probably does not exist on the keyboard. I've been hibernating all my computers for 20 years with the hibernation or shutdown button. Huawei-Honor is the first company that doesn't know what these buttons are on the keyboard, or claims that there are no such buttons on their computers. Activating hibernation by closing the lid is not suitable, as closing the lid of the laptop is to protect the screen even when the laptop is running, and not to put the laptop into hibernation. Does anyone find this shutdown button on Huawei-Honor computers that Windows sees in the power settings?
