This scratching post has exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a solid tree, a stable scratching post with height and that's it. It's a solid wood construction that needs drilling but is worth it because it attaches to the wall and looks clean. I'm not worried about Babeh breaking or knocking it over, it doesn't take up much space but offers plenty of room to play. You can easily add a little oomph like I did by putting something soft and plastic on one of the platforms. This item is good value for money.
