If I could give this product a zero or minus rating, I would definitely choose that option. The product arrived and looked and felt luxurious for a day, even after taking the time to fluff the topper square by square before laying it on my bed. Would send it back but the shipping and repacking/packaging cost would be too much to bear. It's hot, and ON THE SECOND DAY HE WILL COME OUT. Ruffled several times, but IT IS and will remain PIT! I think you get what you pay for but I didn't expect to be so dissatisfied with this product when everything else I've ordered from Revain lives up to its expectations. Again: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. I will put it on a bed that is rarely, if ever, used.
