The price is very reasonable, it's easy to get in touch with support staff if needed at any time, they are always quick to respond when an issue arises or even just for advice about how best to solve certain problems (even though I am not currently using their services).

They don't offer as much flexibility around virtual machine sizing/specs but this may be because my requirements were less complex compared to others customers who have used them before me so that could also account for some differences between us? Great service! Would highly recommend. None really apart from being flexible enough for our use case which was quite specific - we wanted multiple VM sizes each able to run different software stacks but within one single datacentre location rather than having separate facilities across two locations; hence requiring more powerful hardware then you'd normally see deployed by other providers.
