This shelf does exactly what I wanted at a good price. Other reviewers have made some claims and I have to agree that they are mostly correct. The two pieces of the rack didn't fit together and wouldn't slip without some work. At first, the wall's top vertical bracket was slightly bent or pinched, so I had to stick a screwdriver into the square tube and pry the two sides out. In addition, a thin piece of metal was screwed into the tube from a cutout. That had to be done in production. Careless not to care. So if I had a small thin file I would file the inside edge to remove it. However, I used a screwdriver to pry it up and down until it broke. I then used a knife to scrape, smooth and clean the inside edge of the pipe. It was tight, so I carefully inserted the bottom end into the top hole, held the other end against my thigh, being careful not to twist or bend the wine bottle holder where it was welded to the tube. It really only took five minutes. As everyone said, the screws and anchors are ridiculously small. You must replace them with your own. Here it is. That works great!
