Honestly, that's one of the best things I admire. It is not only for sleeping, but also for entertaining baby with its wonderful sounds and color changes. If you want to potty train a child, you can use the sound of the water to make them pee, or even use it to help someone in the hospital after surgery if they're having trouble urinating. My mom loves it so I bought her a second one for one person to sleep in and now I have three in my house. I just want the company to make it so you can use it without plugging it in.
