Leaks at the ends of the zip

I don't understand. This won't work for me. After reading all the great reviews and asking questions specifically about waterproofing/airtightness, I thought I had my bases covered before ordering. After light, moderate pressure, they flow from the ends of the zippers to the edges of the bag. I've used tons of different quality bags and I have many much cheaper bags that seal better. They appear to be 4 mil so I think they are.
