It's very light and plastic, now I like it because my skin can breathe. It comes with two extra links, now as a woman I don't have a big wrist but neither do I have a small one and the first time I added a link and it fit fine, a bit tight then I added another link because I got the looseness love fit. The box also included a link removal tool. I won't lie, it was hard work and I found they only come out on one side. I've stabbed myself twice with this tool, and at one point I had to press so hard that I bent the tool. I don't think this will work for most men unless you have a good wrist and I don't know that you can buy extra links. But after all the work I have to say that it is very convenient. month-2 The pin holding the clasp shut has jumped out or become loose. If it popped out, I don't want to put it back in. If it's a screw, it's too small to screw back in. Maybe a drop of crazy glue, I'm not sure if this will be a permanent solution. I was just lucky to find a tiny piece. So I'm changing my rating from 5 to 2.
