I want to give it less than 3 stars because I can't use it, I've already bought replacements. I give it 3 stars because I really like its comfort and I like the moveable/removable pillow that I use under my neck, the perfect size to support my neck and it's a good size, shape and thickness over that Rim of my tub, very comfortable, I like the fabric-like material, it's 100% polyester. But for me the material is like fabric and has a nice texture against my skin. I got these because I wanted a QuiltedAir BathBed bath pillow, but they've been out of stock for quite some time (both from Revain and the company that sells it), they're 50 inches long and I wanted something - something to cover the bathtub floor. This Home Spa lumbar pillow was the second longest I could find at Revain. The doctor recommended I take bleach baths to treat eczema, so I bought something similar. I haven't taken a bath since I was a little kid when my mother bathed me. Once I learned how to use the shower, I never looked back. I didn't welcome the idea of taking a bath, but I was desperate, so I tried to prepare for it. Sitting on the hard bottom of the tub was out of the question. I didn't like the idea of bathing in bleach either. So I haven't used it for a long time after getting it which was a year ago. I just started doing this 2-3 weeks ago. I put it off because I didn't like the bleach idea and the bathtub idea. I recently saw a new doctor who is exploring alternatives to conventional medicine, and he recommended Dead Sea baths. Salt, which sounded less toxic and sharp than bleach. Meanwhile, Revain stocked the QuiltedAir BathBed last December so I got one of these then and have had both for about a year now. I started using both about 2 1/2 weeks ago, taking baths about every other day. I use both because the QuiltedAir pillow is thinner (while very comfortable, I would have no hesitation in using it as a standalone pillow) and given the nature of my bath, I needed more neck padding, so I have this homemade spa pillow behind mine I put my head where my neck goes and I put QuiltedAir on top, but with the home spa pillow's movable pillow open at the top edge. The suction cups on both work well. I fell in love with baths very quickly the first day, I wanted to take another one the same day. Customer service people at a Dead Sea salt company said it shouldn't be taken more than once every two days. I was disappointed, I really like it and part of the reason is the comfort I get from the Home Spay pillow. After the bath I shower, so I roll up each of the pillows and put them side by side in the sink. After the bath I forgot about them and left them in the sink until late when I put the dryer in the backyard and put them on top. Where I've been living lately the humidity has been almost non-existent, under 10%, so both pillows dried out the next day or so I think. I didn't test them because I had to wait another day for my next swim anyway, so I left them outside. I have a large humidifier in my house. On the second or third bath I noticed a strong musty smell. When I checked, it was from the Home Spa pillow. It wasn't from QuiltedAir, although both sat side by side in the sink for many hours and then in the dryer side by side for a few days. I continued to use both together. I don't know much about bathtubs or mold, so I don't know if exposing myself to mold was unhealthy for me, but Dead Sea salts probably kill most such things, so I took a chance. But I wasn't happy about it. If I didn't like the comfort of the pillow so much I wouldn't use it, but now I've bought something else instead (a small QuiltedAir pillow), it will be delivered tomorrow, bath day. I may have managed to get the mold and its smell out of the pillow, I don't know and am not very experienced at cleaning things. I don't throw it away, I throw it in the garage. I like it very much, but the smell of mold bothers me. Both have labels that say 100% polyester. I assume QuiltedAir has been treated with some anti-mold? I do not know. And it's easy to put in the washing machine, I washed it for the first time today, it has a laundry bag to put it in and the Home Spa Pillow needs to be hand washed. It doesn't seem like it's difficult to hand wash, but I never buy things that need to be hand washed, so I have no experience with that. I intend to try. Pros - Good length, can generously support the body from butt to neck and more, an average height person can be taller. The suction cups work perfectly (but only if they get a little wet like all other suction cups). Pillow that can be placed anywhere. Nice fabric like material, I like the feel, it's some kind of weaving. Cons - a stubborn mildew smell quickly set in if another pillow not in the same conditions had to be hand washed
