I don't know if I received a package with the wrong expired eyeliner, but it didn't work for me. I followed all the instructions and tried to glue the lashes first as the lashes were very difficult to shape. I would tie it down and it wouldn't stay that way until attaching the inside corner stays attached then the sticking problem would be the problem I tried to apply as the eyeliner dried wet drying didn't help hold it, it would fall off. The moment I blinked I was left with my glue while wearing false lashes because it was just a waste of time and money. Just for those who think I'm new to using lashes. No! I have been using false eyelashes for a long time and it takes me 10 seconds to stick the false eyelashes with glue, but it worked, I tried for 1 hour without success.
