Bought this for my little one for his birthday. The parts of the track do NOT stay together at all. I fixed this by using clear tape to hold the pieces together at each seam. I suppose it's not a big deal, but you don't have to tie the new harness together. I am very disappointed in the elevator tower. This is a big part of this toy and the gears in it are either turned off or misaligned which is why the elevator isn't working. This is so disappointing as the window for an exchange or refund has expired. My toddler still loves the toy but wow what a disappointment! Update: This toy gets thrown in the trash in the morning! Worst toy! So badly constructed that it keeps falling apart even after trying to glue it together. This toy has consistently brought disappointment to tears from my 2 year old who is actually well developed for his age.
